We are still accepting, processing and delivering orders as made on our site as normal. Our support team is still online during normal business hours on Facebook Messenger, and by phone on 01270 443071.
Order Processing
- All Illuminapps are handmade to order and we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days (UK addresses).
- Occasionlly, due to circumstances beyond our control, our delivery time window can fluctuate. This can happen during promotional periods.
Shipping Terms
- Our shipping costs are summarised below.
- Free delivery over £200.
- Full Illuminapp systems (under £200) – £14.99 delivery.
- Vinyl only image (under £200) – £4.99 delivery.
- If a combination of the above products are added to the basket, the highest delivery rate applies, up to the free delivery amount.
The below applies to postcodes beginning: BT, IM, TR.
- Full Illuminapp systems – £18.00 delivery.
- Vinyl only image – £6.99 delivery.
- If a combination of the above products are added to the basket, the highest delivery rate applies.
The below applies to postcodes beginning: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE.

- Vinyl only image – £6.99 delivery.

Our Couriers & Delivery Times
For UK orders, we generally ship with DPD Local as they provide an outstanding service.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 days after we’ve shipped it.
We do reserve the right to use an alternative courier.
Returns
- Simply return the item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Please despatch your return with your original order number, either written on the package or include your original invoice / packing slip.
- The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a delivery service that is tracked and insures the value of the goods whilst in transit.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless No Fear Trio is at fault.
- Refunds will always be made back to the original credit or debit card.
